Converse College High School 'BRIDGE' Swim Program

The “bridge” program will run for two weeks in the month of May to prepare for summer league. This allows anyone that has NOT been in the water to get back in shape. There will be an anaerobic and aerobic focus along with drills and technique every day. Anyone is welcome to join, even for the technique portion.
